Aristotle Teachers, a prominent international school in Singapore, seeks an exceptional Director of Activities and Sports for August 2025. This dynamic role involves developing an outstanding Activities Programme and coordinating the further development of Sports at the College.

This leadership position requires strategic planning, effective communication, and collaboration with the Leadership Team, principals, and external partners. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of activities and sports budgeting, as well as experience in safeguarding procedures and policies in a school setting.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop, lead, and manage the Campus Activities programme, ensuring all students have access to a broad and balanced programme.
  • Design and implement the K-12 Activity Programme, working closely with the School Leadership Teams.
  • Liaise with the COO team to ensure compliance in financial and operational areas of the Activities programme.

**Key Qualifications:**

  • Qualified teacher with a minimum tertiary level qualification at degree level.
  • Experience as Head of Activities or a similar role, with a broad and comprehensive understanding of sports training systems, theories, and practices.

**Salary:** SGD 120,000 - SGD 180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as annual service gratuity, salary progression, child education subsidy, flights, housing allowance, and relocation benefits.

A competitive remuneration package is offered to attract top talent, including a salary range of SGD 120,000 to SGD 180,000 per annum, based on experience, plus additional benefits. The successful candidate will be expected to participate enthusiastically in the Outdoor Education experiences relevant to their students and contribute to the Activities and Service elements of the Learning Programme.
