Unlocking Business Potential through Data Driven Insights

Our team seeks a skilled Senior Data Insights Specialist to drive strategic decision-making with data-driven insights. As a key member of our Regional Marketplace Operations, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to build and maintain data infrastructure, reports, and dashboards that inform business decisions.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in data analysis, statistical techniques, and data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Looker. You will be responsible for working with large datasets, building complex models, and developing actionable recommendations to improve user experience and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and research to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, aggregated data sets, reports, and dashboards to facilitate strategic planning and decision-making
- Work closely with stakeholders from various departments to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement new processes and systems
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI capabilities into existing workflows
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker)
- Experience with big data tools (e.g. Hadoop, Hive SQL, Spark) and familiarity with Generative AI tools
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
