
Mega City Expansion Leader

As the leader of urban growth initiatives, you will drive forward-thinking strategies to accelerate business expansion in the Mega City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth:
- Develop and implement a robust strategic plan to drive business growth in the Mega City and deliver sales targets.
- Identify emerging market trends and opportunities to expand addressable market size.
- Value Chain Optimization:
- Elevate company position across the value chain by fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop efficient business models and implement across value chain, working closely with all functions.
- Lead the implementation of marketing initiatives in the Mega City, working closely with marketing department.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team driven for results.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and shared objectives.
- Act as primary point of contact for important client accounts and oversee delivery of exceptional customer service.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Establish key performance indicators and regularly assess performance of business units to ensure targets are met.
- Utilize data analytics for strategic decision making and drive performance improvements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about competitive dynamics and customer preferences.
- Adapt business strategies based on evolving market conditions and technological advancements.
- Collaborate with executive team to shape overall corporate strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Represent organization at industry conferences, workshops, and networking events.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: Years of experience in business leadership roles, with proven track record in business development and sales.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the urban market landscape and related industries.
