Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Narrative Developer to join our team. This role is responsible for shaping brand narratives, uncovering insights, and developing impactful strategies across campaigns, social media, and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will work closely with creative, account, and media teams to ensure strategies are insight-driven and deliver meaningful results.

  • Develop strategic frameworks for integrated campaigns across both digital and traditional channels.
  • Lead social media strategy, including content pillars, channel planning, and audience targeting.
  • Conduct research and audience analysis to uncover cultural, consumer, and category insights.
  • Translate insights into compelling creative briefs that inspire impactful storytelling.
  • Partner with creative teams and media agencies to align strategy, execution, and amplification.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics and social listening tools.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, innovations, and social media behaviors.
  • Deliver workshops and client presentations, clearly communicating strategic thinking.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in strategy, planning, or digital marketing (agency background preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of brand strategy, social media platforms, and digital ecosystems.
  • Skilled at turning qualitative and quantitative research into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with social analytics tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
  • Curious, trend-aware, and passionate about culture and consumer behavior.
  • Strong collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
