**Business Growth Strategist**
Job DescriptionThe Business Growth Strategist will support in identifying key opportunities for expansion, building relationships, and enhancing client engagement within the matchmaking and dating services industry. The role involves driving strategic growth initiatives, improving operational processes, and developing new service offerings to meet evolving client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth in the dating and matchmaking sector.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to attract new clients and expand service offerings.
- Initiate and manage collaborations or partnerships with event organizers, lifestyle brands, and relevant platforms to increase visibility and client engagement.
- Enhance online presence through social media management, content creation, and website updates to reach a broader audience.
- Track performance metrics and client feedback to assess service quality and improve matchmaking effectiveness.
- Assist in planning and organizing exclusive client events and social gatherings to foster relationship-building among participants.
- Support in administrative tasks related to client management, documentation, and service coordination to ensure smooth business operations.
