Key Responsibilities

  • Transform formal research findings into social media-friendly content that resonates with Gen Z's interests, tone, and style.
  • Adapt formal research papers, case studies, and whitepapers into dynamic, engaging content pieces for diverse audiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, memes, and formats, using them to increase the reach and impact of research-based content.
  • Manage multiple platforms and create tailored content for each, ensuring messaging aligns with both formal research and audience preferences.
  • Monitor and analyse content performance across social media platforms, using insights to refine content strategies and improve engagement.

Requirements
  • Proven track record in creating and implementing effective content strategies.
  • Expertise in content creation, adaptation, and management.
  • Strong understanding of Gen Z's interests, tone, and style.
  • Ability to stay current with social media trends and formats.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
