Job Title:
Senior Credit Risk Advisor

About the Role:
The Trading Credit Senior Advisor will be a key member in our Global Trading Credit team, working closely with traders and other teams to provide effective credit risk management. This position will report directly to the Global Trading Credit Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform counterparty evaluations and risk assessments, proposing appropriate credit limit recommendations
  • Provide real-time support to Trading teams on the identification and assessment of credit risks
  • Assist in design and development of future credit risk capabilities and system requirements
  • Support origination and structured finance teams in the design, evaluation and monitoring of complex structures
  • Advising and negotiating on credit provisions and collateral requirements
  • Risk monitoring of a regional trade portfolio

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role in the energy/commodity trading industry
