Structural BIM Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled professional to join our team as a BIM Modeller (Civil & Structural). In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, preparing and producing structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit Structure for contract documents and coordination.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating BIM models, shop drawings, updating and revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle.
  • Facilitating clash resolution process in terms of modelling and adjustment under Engineers' guidance.
  • Preparing submission drawings with presentation format to authorities.
  • Highlighting and resolving technical problems and details independently and seeking advice when required.
  • Working with team members and managers to meet the project deliverable and timeline.

Requirements include:

  • Specialist Diploma in BIM or relevant engineering diploma.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in BIM modelling (engineering consulting environment will be an advantage).
  • Familiar with codes of practice, relevant regulations and a working knowledge of authority submission (Corenet X) and approval procedures.
  • Competent user of BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Naviswork etc.
  • Good written & spoken communication skills in English.
