We are seeking an experienced professional to join our credit risk function as a High Net Worth Credit Approver. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and high-quality credit approvals for clients across various lending solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and approve credit proposals, including standard lending such as Lombard loans, mortgages, and insurance premium financing, as well as complex bespoke credit structures.
- Collaborate closely with relationship managers, credit structuring teams, and risk functions to ensure credit decisions align with the bank's risk appetite, internal policies, and regulatory expectations.
- Strong background in private banking or wealth management credit with at least 15 years of experience in credit analysis or approval.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, manage stakeholder expectations, and strike the right balance between commerciality and risk.
- Familiarity with local regulatory requirements highly advantageous.
