Job Title: Pastry Cook

We are seeking a skilled Pasty Cook to join our culinary team. As a Pasty Cook, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of pastries and desserts.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a hotel or restaurant setting. You will be required to weigh and measure ingredients according to recipes, ensure proper food storage and labeling of pastry items, and follow hygiene, grooming, and food safety standards (HACCP).

Responsibilities
  • Assist in basic pastry preparation (dough, batters, fillings, etc.)
  • Support senior pastry cooks with daily mise en place
  • Clean and maintain pastry tools, equipment, and work area
  • Help in baking and assembling simple pastries and desserts
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel or restaurant setting
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
