Funeral Operations Coordinator

Our organization is seeking a skilled and compassionate funeral operations coordinator to oversee the day-to-day activities of our funeral services team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, planning and scheduling logistics, and ensuring that every service meets the highest standards of respect and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Supervise and mentor funeral staff to ensure professional conduct and compassionate service delivery.
- Logistics Planning: Plan and schedule manpower for funeral operations and logistics to ensure seamless execution.
- Training and Development: Conduct training and development programs to improve service standards and enhance staff capabilities.
- Operations Management: Manage end-to-end funeral operations from logistics to ceremonial arrangements, ensuring timely and smooth coordination of transportation, venue setups, and equipment handling.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of funeral supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and optimal utilization.
- Compliance and Quality: Ensure all services adhere to regulatory, religious, and cultural requirements, implementing and enforcing SOPs for quality, safety, and hygiene.
- Reporting and Records: Prepare operation reports and maintain accurate records, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level and above in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations, preferably in F&B or Hospitality.
- Possess a Class 3 Driving License.
