Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the delivery and operation effects of different promotion channels, and optimize channel strategies to improve exposure and conversion effects.
• Use data tools to track and analyze the effects of operational activities, user behavior, and market conditions, providing strategic suggestions and optimizing operational plans.
• Monitor daily operational data, including user activity, conversion rate, retention rate, event participation rate, etc., and judge the effectiveness of strategies through data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to improve user engagement and retention.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in Internet operations or related fields, with a focus on channel management and optimization.
