Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Food System and Market Transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sustainable agriculture, food systems, or corporate sustainability, with a proven track record of developing transformative programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing FSMT programmes to deliver on our Theory of Change.
  • Mobilising cross-sector stakeholders to advance our goals for food, forests, and climate.
  • Leading the FSMT unit, managing timelines, and delivering targets with the growth & partnerships team.
  • Collaborating with teams to develop proposals, manage programme governance, donor reports, and support fundraising events.
  • Identifying high-impact opportunities in Singapore, Southeast Asia and the wider Asia Pacific region.
  • Mentoring and guiding the FSMT team, including their skills development, progression pathways, and performance management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sustainable agriculture, food systems, or corporate sustainability, with a proven track record of developing transformative programs.

They will be responsible for leading cross-sector stakeholders, managing budgets, timelines, and delivering targets with the growth & partnerships team.
