Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Contract Law Specialist to join our Litigation Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This is a full-time on-site role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, including commercial agreements, employment contracts, and other legal documents.
  • Conducting research on contract law and related regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to provide effective solutions to complex legal issues.

Requirements
  • Admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor to the Singapore Bar.
  • Newly qualified lawyers are welcome to apply.
  • Prior experience in contract law is preferred but not required.
