Job Overview

The role of the Assistant Mechanical Manager is to lead and manage mechanical engineering works for new large-scale development and infrastructure projects. This includes overseeing the full project lifecycle, from planning to commissioning, as well as coordinating with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage mechanical engineering works for new large-scale development and infrastructure projects.
  • Oversee full project lifecycle including planning, design review, execution, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
Key Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • At least 5–10 years of experience in mechanical engineering within the construction / M&E industry.
  • Proven experience in HVAC, ACMV, fire protection, plumbing & sanitary systems or large-scale building services.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical design, installation, and commissioning processes.
