Job Overview

This is a high-level financial management role within the Asia Pacific region.

The job holder will work closely with senior executives to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all financial and administrative tasks related to the perfume division in Asia Pacific, interacting with HQ finance team.
  • Develop and implement sales reporting and analysis processes, assessing profitability and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to monitor sell-out levels, ensure data accuracy, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Lead credit control functions for all clients, liaising with corporate risk on credit terms and limits.
  • Optimize A&P spending through recco process and overheads investigation, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Monitor stock levels, quality, and P&L impact, implementing obsolescence provisions as necessary.
  • Develop and manage budgets, revisions, and 3-year plans, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely submission.
  • Conduct new project analyses, providing recommendations to support business model evolution.
  • Ensure procurement compliance, audit invoices, and manage contract renewals, negotiations, and terminations.
  • Enhance internal controls, conduct training sessions, and facilitate internal audits to maintain high standards of financial integrity.
  • Liaise with legal on distributor agreements and contracts, assessing economic impacts and ensuring compliance.
  • Perform price studies to guarantee coherence between channels, lines, countries, and collaborate with pricing teams.
  • Support IT activities for new projects, cooperate with IT and Corporate to implement new functionalities, and improve overall efficiency across managed processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or higher.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial operations or similar roles.
  • Advanced Excel skills and fluency in English.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and self-organization skills.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
