Responsibilities
  • Assist the Chef de Partie in the preparation of ingredients and mise en place.
  • Follow recipes and instructions accurately and consistently to ensure the highest quality of dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the kitchen team to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
  • Learn and develop skills in various aspects of cooking, such as baking, grilling and sautéing.
  • Attend training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong interest in cooking and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality dishes and committed to maintaining exceptional standards.
