
Administrative Support Specialist

- Accurately processing customer orders and verifying order details to ensure timely delivery.
- Handling order inquiries via phone, email, or mail, resolving issues related to pricing, product numbers, and delivery schedules.
- Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve queries.
- Managing urgent customer calls, emails, and messages in the absence of sales representatives, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Generating Statements of Accounts (SOA) and sales reports for the sales team as needed.
- Maintaining accurate filing systems for order and transaction records.
- Processing cheque clearances and managing petty cash transactions.
- Utilizing Dynamics 365 Business Central for order management, reporting, and process efficiency.
- Minimum Diploma Qualifications in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
- A competitive salary commensurate with experience.
