Job Overview:

The role of MEP Engineer Assistant Manager revolves around translating high-level strategic objectives into actionable implementation plans. As a key figure, you will oversee the execution of these plans and drive the organization towards achieving its goals.

Collaboration across departments is crucial in anticipating and resolving construction-phase challenges early on. This involves conducting thorough risk assessments to ensure proactive issue resolution. Additionally, you will lead the introduction and application of advanced construction methods, focusing on productivity improvements, site operations, and root-cause analysis with preventive measures for recurring issues.

To drive construction front-loading, you will integrate productivity optimization methods into design documentation. Furthermore, you will champion the adoption of innovative technologies for productivity enhancement across projects. Lastly, you will provide mentorship and guidance to partner companies, enhancing their technical competencies and aligning them with the organization's operational philosophy.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil/Structural/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
