Wecruit Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned professional for the esteemed position of Housekeeping Assistant Manager/Manager.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the household and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Team Management: Train and develop the housekeeping team in proper procedures and protocols to guarantee seamless performance.
  • Household Operations: Write and review household manuals and SOPs for owner approval, monitoring implementation by all team members.
  • Culinary Services: Develop and implement culinary plans, including menu planning and reviewing recipes for owner approval.
  • Private Collections: Maintain records and assist in the upkeep of private collections such as artworks and jewelry.
  • Vendor Management: Schedule and monitor routine maintenance works and inspections from landscapers, cleaning services, etc.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate external services to execute planned events and activities according to specifications.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Minimum 8 Years' Experience: Proven track record in similar roles, with a strong understanding of global household management principles.
  • Vendor and Project Management Skills: Effective coordination and execution of vendor relationships and projects.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications: Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Pleasant Personality with Excellent Interpersonal Skills: A friendly demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Delivery of Discreet, Confidential, and Unobtrusive Service: Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide high-quality service while working closely with owners and their families.
  • Ability to Anticipate Others' Wishes and Adapt Accordingly: Proactive approach to meeting client needs and expectations.
  • An Eye for Detail with Keen Interest in Antiques, Fine Wine, and Flower Arrangement: Appreciation for luxury items and attention to detail in their handling.
  • Self-Demand for High Standards: Personal commitment to delivering exceptional results and exceeding expectations.

Estimated Salary: SGD 80,000 - SGD 120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive salary package, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth and development.
