Job Title

This is a dynamic role that demands the skills of a professional with exceptional customer service expertise, sales acumen and procurement knowledge.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily sales inquiries from customers on products, solutions, and/or services, and providing responsive after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day sales enquiries from customers
  • Respond to complaints from customers and render after-sales support
  • Liaise with Customers to coordinate shipment of goods locally and overseas
  • Create pro-forma invoices for goods ordered by overseas offices or customers
  • Track delivery status of goods to overseas offices or customers' site

Requirements:

  • 3-years experience in Procurement and Customer Service
  • Diploma in Business Administration or similar qualification
  • Pleasant disposition with excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Experience with Sage 300 system is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

We seek an individual who can work effectively as part of a team environment. A highly motivated and organized professional with excellent communication skills is required.
