The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Night Youth Care Worker to join our team at an institutional facility focused on community rehabilitation. As a Residential Care Worker, you will work night shifts and be responsible for overseeing the residents' daily lives, managing their welfare, discipline, and regimentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the residents' daily needs, including providing care for their daily living requirements.
- Ensure the safety and security of the premises, conduct body and property checks, and perform night patrols.
- Support the shift during emergencies and deliver trauma-informed practices in daily interactions.
- Able to develop positive relationships with the residents and involve in taskforce activities.
Requirements:
- O Level and above qualification
- Able to do rotating shifts
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other office software
