Job Overview

The role of Director, Fund Finance is a critical position within our organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building and expanding our Fund Finance business in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and execute a robust product business plan for the expansion of the Fund Finance business in Singapore.
  • Revenue Generation: Achieve revenue and return targets for the Fund Finance business in Singapore.
  • Client Engagement: Lead client engagement on Fund Finance matters and leverage relationships to originate opportunities in the market.
  • Transaction Execution: Negotiate, structure, and execute Fund Finance transactions.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 10 years' experience in banking or finance, with 5 years' experience in Fund Finance or Structured Finance.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong business and commercial acumen.
  • Funding Knowledge: Working knowledge of funding vehicles and structures.
Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance; Master's degree in Finance or related disciplines preferred.
