Overview
Role Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Business Data Insights Specialist to join our analytics team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for transforming business questions into actionable insights, working closely with stakeholders and data scientists to drive strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives, pain points, and opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into data science problems and work with data scientists to develop data-driven models.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business value.
- Support the design, development, and deployment of predictive models and advanced analytics solutions.
- Communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences through visualizations and storytelling.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Define KPIs and success metrics for business initiatives.
- Assist in data validation, A/B testing, and experimentation design.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting and analysis.
Requirements
Requirements:- 4–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst role with exposure to data science projects.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Familiarity with data science tools and languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
- Knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning concepts, and A/B testing.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery) is advantageous.
