As an Operations Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing outsourced services, including intra-group and third-party providers, ensuring they deliver services in line with local regulations and contractual obligations across workstreams such as asset safeguarding, digital asset listings, and customer support.

Risk Management
Creating local risk appetite statements and owning critical areas of enterprise risk management, such as business continuity, disaster recovery, and other business risk areas, will be a key responsibility of the successful candidate.

Requirements
• 8+ years of industry work experience.
• Extensive experience in operations within regulated fast-moving fintechs or similar business divisions, particularly in scaling up regulated entities.
• Strong understanding of Singapore financial regulations and risk requirements for financial institutions.
• Proven ability to manage first-line defense functions and oversee outsourced service providers.
• Deep knowledge of safeguarding, fiat currency setups, and ledgering processes.
• Excellent management and complex project delivery capabilities with a track record of managing across organizational functions.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in regulatory compliance and operational processes.
