Retail Operations Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee the retail operations and team management across Southeast Asia, ensuring brand excellence in all aspects of our business.

This is a unique opportunity to drive our success and make our vision a reality. As a Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent brand experience, service quality, and operational excellence across all retail touchpoints in Southeast Asia.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure brand experience, service quality, and retail excellence are consistently delivered across all stores.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor visual merchandising compliance, tester hygiene, and address stock-out issues.
  • Drive the in-store execution of campaigns, events, and animations to achieve sales targets and brand visibility.
  • Act as the primary in-store liaison with counter managers, providing feedback and actionable insights to headquarters.
  • Lead and manage frontline retail teams to deliver service excellence and commercial results.
  • Oversee recruitment and hiring of full-time and part-time retail staff across Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Develop and implement incentive programs to drive performance.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize roster scheduling to meet operational and sales requirements in Singapore and Malaysia.
