Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Oversee project development, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and meeting client expectations.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and codes, guaranteeing exceptional quality in all aspects of the project.
- Contract & Coordination: Collaborate with stakeholders, supporting contract administration and project timelines, fostering effective communication.
- Team & Client Management: Lead meetings, presentations, and client updates, maintaining open channels of communication, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve complex design/technical issues through thorough analysis, creative problem-solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Masters in Architecture (recognized institution)
- 8+ years of relevant experience in architectural project management, leadership, and problem-solving.
