  • Must have hands-on experience in bulk cooking.">
  • Must perform all duties necessary to ensure that a meal is properly prepared and presented within a specified timeframe.">

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Preparation of ingredients, washing vegetables, chopping, seasoning meat, etc.">
  • Cooking of the following dishes: South and North Indian set meals with all meal side dishes, Briyani, Naan varieties, Prata varieties, Tandoori roti varieties, Thosai varieties, Snacks varieties, Tandoori side dish varieties, Goreng Sambal and Rojak Kuwa, Malaysian style veg and non-veg dishes.">
  • Setting up, cleaning, washing and organizing work stations.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the above skill sets and requirements.">
  • Ability to do multi-tasking as per restaurant operation requirements.">
  • Willingness to work in any shift, night hours shift, weekends and public holidays according to duty roster prepared by the restaurant management.">
  • No formal education required.">
