We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Photolithography Process Development Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work on cutting-edge technology and make a real impact.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing lithography processes to meet yield and quality requirements of advanced Replacement Gate 3D NAND parts. They will also be working closely with cross-functional teams to drive yield and quality improvement, as well as collaborating with peers on technology adaptation and cost optimization towards upcoming nodes.
This role requires strong technical skills, including expertise in electrical and electronics engineering, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, integrity, and a passion for innovation.
Responsibilities- Develop and optimize lithography processes to meet yield and quality requirements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive yield and quality improvement
- Collaborate with peers on technology adaptation and cost optimization towards upcoming nodes
- Identify disruptive processes early on and work to identify viable path forward
- Provide advice and counsel to management on significant technical issues
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor/Masters/PhD in Electrical & Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Engineering or related field
- Strong aptitude for research and development and ability to create production-worthy technologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A strong work ethic, integrity, and a passion for innovation
