**Who We Are**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Developing equipment maintenance strategies and procedures, and engaging vendors on service contracts for Lithography equipment
- Establishing set-up procedures, and on-going calibration and preventive maintenance schedules on Lithography equipment. Writing maintenance specs and training maintenance personnel.
- Analyzing and improving equipment performance, leading maintenance cost reduction activities, and developing specifications and guidelines for new semiconductor equipment installations.
- Trouble-shooting line issues such as tool events, yield issues and jobs on-hold. Establishing and maintaining manufacturing techniques and best practices.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Electrical and Electronics / Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering.
- At least 3 years hand-on experience on Lithography equipment and processing.
- Experience to handle equipment dealing chemical mixing and concentration monitoring
- Equipment Engineer in Photo Track & Exposure equipment / Proficiency with TEL Track & ASML Stepper
- Good team player with strong interpersonal, analytical and leadership skills.***:
- Possess good experience to handle and lead equipment transfer, setup, installation and buy-off from overseas independently.
- Able to train up a team strong equipment trouble shooting technicians and engineers within the transfer period.
- ZERO equipment line down situation that affect the transfer project and production delivery during and after the transfer period. In this case, we expect you to setup good equipment PM procedure and spare part management system with good technician support.
