We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Specialist to lead our EV Charger projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical engineering and project management.

This role involves overseeing all aspects of permitting, coordination, and construction of EV charger infrastructure deployment in diverse locations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for conducting site surveys, creating Bills of Quantities (BOQ), Single Line Diagrams (SLD), and site layouts for effective project planning.

The selected candidate will engage with stakeholders, ensure timely project implementation, and deliver high-value propositions to customers. Additionally, they will supervise 12 projects of varying sizes in the assigned geographic region, overseeing requirements gathering, project tracking, resource management, and communication.

The successful candidate will adhere to project management procedures with precision and adapt to changes in the business model to contribute effectively across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of permitting, coordination, and construction of EV charger infrastructure deployment in diverse locations
  • Conduct site surveys, create Bills of Quantities (BOQ), Single Line Diagrams (SLD), and site layouts for effective project planning
  • Engage with stakeholders, ensure timely project implementation, and deliver high-value propositions to customers
  • Supervise 12 projects of varying sizes in the assigned geographic region, overseeing requirements gathering, project tracking, resource management, and communication
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in electrical engineering and project management
  • Strong project management skills
  • Knowledge of civil construction and electrical systems
  • Data management expertise

Preferred qualifications include prior experience in high-growth startups, EV industry, or project management.
