As a Strategic Planning Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in implementing strategies related to ISO compliance, sustainability, business excellence, ESG, and CSR.

Responsibility

  • Prepare documentation and coordinate internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
  • Support employee training sessions on ISO standards, providing guidance and resources to enhance understanding.
  • Monitor compliance metrics and report deviations to the manager, identifying areas for improvement.

Business Excellence:

  • Gather and analyze data for KPI tracking and workflow optimization, making informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • C Coordinate workshops to promote best practices across departments, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Prepare reports on process improvements and cost-saving measures, highlighting achievements and areas for further development.

ESG Program:

  • Assist in managing sustainability projects, monitoring progress, and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with teams to collect data for Life Cycle Assessments (LCA), ensuring accurate and reliable results.
  • Coordinate ESG reporting for stakeholders, communicating our commitment to sustainability.

CSR Event Coordination:

  • Plan and execute CSR initiatives under the guidance of the manager, delivering meaningful community engagement.
  • Maintain relationships with external partners and NGOs, building partnerships that benefit both parties.
  • Collect feedback and measure the impact of CSR programs, evaluating success and areas for improvement.

Administrative and Reporting Tasks:

  • Prepare presentations and reports for leadership meetings, clearly communicating key information.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all strategic planning activities, maintaining a comprehensive record.
  • Provide logistical support for audits, training, and events, ensuring smooth execution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum degree in Engineering, Quality or Environmental Management, or 5 years' experience as lead auditor.
  • Understanding of business needs and customer requirements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Proficiency in Environmental Social Governance (ESG) principles and practices.
  • Diesel Engine understanding is an asset.
  • Microsoft Word and Excel skills are essential.
  • Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) certification is preferable.
  • Certified ISO Lead Auditor or internal quality auditor certifications are beneficial.
