Chief Sustainability Officer

- Collect, analyze and report sustainability data across the organization to inform strategic decisions.
- Monitor environmental, social and governance targets and collaborate closely with business leads to drive progress.
- Support automation initiatives to enhance data management systems and maintain their efficiency.
- Prepare in-depth reports and presentations on sustainability performance, including quarterly newsletters.
- Assist in preparing annual sustainability reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry frameworks.
- Stay up-to-date with evolving regulations, industry standards and reporting frameworks.
- Research emerging trends and provide insights to drive continuous improvement in sustainability practices.
- Support corporate social responsibility program planning and execution, aligning with company objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a sustainability-related role, preferably with data management system expertise.
- Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, TCFD, ISSB).
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented and proactive skills, with excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Words, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A genuine passion for sustainability and creating positive impact.
