About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Accounting Manager to join our team at 1929 HOTEL PTE. LTD.

Job Summary

This is a key position responsible for managing full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets. The successful candidate will also be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks such as processing payments, AR billings, journal entries, monthly schedules, bank statement reconciliation, staff reimbursement, and preparation of financial and management reports.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
  2. Perform day-to-day accounting tasks such as processing payments, AR billings, journal entries, monthly schedules, bank statement reconciliation, staff reimbursement.
  3. Prepare financial and management reports, audit schedules, inter-company reconciliation, and submit quarterly GST returns.
  4. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and professional advisors on related matters.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Auto-Count would be an added advantage.
