Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Tech Specialist to join our team at Recruit Express Pte Ltd. As an HR Tech Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring the smooth onboarding of new hires.

Key Responsibilities
  • Job Description Development
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each role.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Screening
    • Utilize various methods to source and screen candidates, including job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Interviews and Assessments
    • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Relationship Building
    • Foster positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • HR Database Management
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR databases, leave records, and employee files.
  • Documentation and Filing
    • Ensure proper documentation and filing procedures are followed.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to manage job offers and onboard new hires.
  • Recruitment Status Updates
    • Keep hiring managers and HR informed of recruitment status.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with mentorship provided.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
