We are seeking a skilled Project Manager Site Engineer to oversee various aspects of site management, including reviewing and preparing working drawings, identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing civil and structural working drawings, shop drawings, and SEM and steel structure shop drawings to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Organizing regular meetings with sub-contractor technical teams to resolve technical problems and address any issues that may arise during the pre-construction and construction phases.
- Collaborating closely with the design team and LTA/QPS (client) to resolve execution issues and provide functional proposals as needed.
- Preparing method statements for construction work, including RA and SWP.
- Assisting in the preparation of RFIs for site inspection, MPI tests, welding works, and post-concrete works, and participating in site inspections with QPs.
- Reviewing rebar BBS prepared by sub-contractors to ensure compliance with standards and shop drawings.
- Sites supervision of construction of structures such as pile caps, underground tanks, base slabs, columns, corbels, RC beams, capping beams, RC and PC beam connections, ramps, steel and RC struts, hanging sumps, and staircases.
- Reviewing and supervising surface water drain and waterproofing shop drawings and site work.
- Assisting the construction manager in planning and preparing daily progress reports.
- Tracking and optimizing manpower for each works.
