Job Opportunity:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Engage with key account community partners to develop strategic collaborations
  • Manage feedback and issues from community care partners, ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Stay updated on industry developments within ILTC and community care organizations
  • IDentify opportunities for enhanced collaborations with key partners to improve care integration
  • Lead initiatives/projects to enhance care integrations between healthcare providers

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good Class Degree, preferably in Life Sciences, Business Administration or related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience, prior experience in community care or partnerships advantageous
  • Project management and stakeholder engagement experience
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Multitasking and time management abilities
  • Analytical and organizational capabilities
