  • Air Conditioning Installation Manager Position

Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Installation Manager to oversee HVAC system installations in construction projects. Key responsibilities include planning and supervising installation processes, ensuring project specifications, codes, safety regulations, and quality standards are met.

Collaborate closely with M&E consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues on-site, and coordinate with clients and relevant authorities to ensure all requirements are met. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills essential for success.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in construction projects, preferably in semiconductor/industrial/commercial building sectors
  • Familiarity with project planning tools and construction drawings
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Good communication, reading, and writing skills in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese associates
