Job Title: Senior Solutions Architect - Software Pre-Sales

About the Role

This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a seasoned professional with exceptional communication and presentation skills. As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives around our software solutions, highlighting their value proposition to clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver customized presentations that showcase our software solutions' capabilities
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Product Management teams to create tailored product solutions
  • Support the sales process from initial contact to contract conclusion, providing expert technical consultation and guidance
  • Organize and conduct customer presentations, product training sessions, and other essential events
  • Respond to RFPs and produce detailed proposals that meet clients' needs
  • Create Statements of Work, RFIs, and other critical documents

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software pre-sales, excellent communication and presentation skills, and experience working with technology-based investment platforms. A solid understanding of business solution development and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences are also required.

In this role, you will work closely with our Product Management team to integrate customer feedback into our product roadmap, support new project initiatives, and provide technical consultation and support to other system integrators as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong background in software pre-sales
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with technology-based investment platforms
  • Solid understanding of business solution development
  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
