Job Description:We are seeking a Master's degree holder in Metal Engineering or a related field with a minimum 7 years of experience in industrial R&D. The ideal candidate should have expertise in metal/alloy development, refining, melting, casting, and related processes.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Metal Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial R&D
  • Strong technical writing skills for drafting protocols, reports, and formal communication
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven with the ability to work independently
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a holistic perspective
  • Expertise in R&D, alloying & scaling up research into industrial-scale applications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
