Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Metallurgical Research Specialist to lead our R&D projects focused on metal and alloy development. The ideal candidate will have expertise in refining, melting, casting, and scaling up research into industrial-scale applications.

  • A Master's degree in Metallurgical Engineering or related field is required.
  • At least 7 years of experience in industrial R&D with a proven track record of developing new metal/alloy formulations and processes.
  • Strong technical writing skills for drafting protocols, reports, and formal communication.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven individuals with the ability to work independently.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a holistic perspective.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative metal and alloy formulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products.
  • Conduct experiments and analyze data to improve product quality and efficiency.
  • Document and communicate results to stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving innovation and excellence in our R&D department.
