Job Overview

  • A key role exists for an experienced Landscape Coordinator to oversee the administrative and operational aspects of landscape projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues related to landscape services and maintenance, and conducting site visits.
  • Preparing quotes, landscape maintenance reports, and coordinating work orders with the ground crew.
  • Managing client expectations and dealing with complaints in a professional manner.
  • Coordinating landscaping projects, including liaising with customers for project requirements and progress.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Horticulture or Arboriculture with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the landscaping industry.
  • Certified Practicing Horticulturist certificate and a valid Singapore driving license are essential.
  • Prior knowledge of horticulture or arboriculture is desirable.
