We are seeking a Process Technician to join our team. As a Process Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to Life Science projects for our clients. This will involve ensuring operational knowledge is applied and compliant based on approved Standard Operating Procedures.
You will be performing sampling of products from process equipment in accordance with SOP, actively monitoring process trends and responding to alarms observed on control panels. Additionally, you will provide inputs for investigation-impact assessments and appropriate CAPA, and be responsible for the completeness and accuracy of all records according to GMP standards.
Other responsibilities include performing routine equipment cleaning, maintaining the upkeep of the plant, and managing and ensuring proper collection, segregation, and disposal of chemical waste in accordance with SOP.
Required Skills and Qualifications- NITEC/Diploma in Chemical Engineering or equivalent technical-related degree is required.
- At least 1 year of experience in working in a chemical or GMP manufacturing environment is required.
- Working experience with DeltaV and MES Systems is necessary.
- Able to work comfortably in 12-hour rotating shifts (Day/Night).
- Good problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
