Job Title: Junior HR Executive
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Junior HR Executive to join our team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR administration, including recruitment, employment, onboarding, and offboarding.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage all HR administrative duties, including Recruitment, Employment, Onboarding, and Offboarding.
- Handle work pass applications, issuance, cancellations, and related security bond and medical insurance purchasing.
- Manage training arrangements, CSOC training courses, and other relevant training programs.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain all HR records up-to-date with high accuracy and conformity.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in HR, Business Admin, or equivalent.
- Preferable 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Graduate students are also welcome to apply.
- Preferable 1-2 years of Construction industry background preferred.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous and some problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to work under tight deadlines and take pressure.
