About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to lead our academic domain team, working closely with Functional Managers, Senior Domain Leads, Product Owners, and Subject Matter Experts.
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing tasks related to assigned domains, ensuring successful completion according to agreed schedules, deliverables, and standards.
Key responsibilities include participating in requirement reviews, planning and preparing User Acceptance Tests (UAT), managing UAT teams, collaborating with vendors and other teams, and ensuring proper closure and filing of documents.
Requirements- At least 3 years' experience in supporting academic and administration services.
- Hands-on experience in Academic and Administrative Systems as end users.
- Conducting training experience.
- Relevant experience in Information Technology, Information Science, or IT-related disciplines is advantageous.
- Business process engineering experience is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
- Good interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels and a team player.
- Excellent time management and strong multi-tasking skills.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work well under pressure.
- Hands-on experience in data analytics and dashboarding tools is advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, and Visio tools.
