Senior Steel Fabrication and Erection Specialist

- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the project team.
- Liaise with clients, engineers, fabricators, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Oversee site management, including supervising on-site personnel and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Manage project risks, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, subcontractors, and site personnel to achieve project goals.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong understanding of steel structure design, fabrication, erection methods, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
