Job Title: Site Supervisor

  • Responsibilities:

    • Supervise steel fabrication and welding processes to ensure structural steel alignment, level, plumb, and correctness.

    • Oversee site and store management, including lifting operations, work at height, installing purlins, roofing, and claddings, as well as applying fireproofing materials.

    • Monitor project progress and assist the project manager in structural erection works according to approved drawings.

    • Resolve site issues promptly and ensure timely completion of projects.

    • Practice look-ahead planning and manage critical activities for materials, manpower, equipment, and permits.

    • Ensure strict adherence to site safety, WSH, and NEA regulations.

    • Perform regular site checks and ensure compliance with quality requirements.

    • Familiarize yourself with local authority regulations, including BCA, MOM, WSH, Lifting, and NEA requirements.

  • Qualifications:

    • Qualified Steelwork Supervisor registered with the Singapore Structural Steel Society.

    • Experience in full-time site supervision.

    • Minimum 5 years work experience with knowledge in construction/erection of steel structures, workshops, or warehouses.
