Job Opportunity
The Manulife team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Human Resources department as a Work Study Intern.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in benefits administration and personnel administration/records, including staff confirmation administration and government paid leave administration.
- Attend to employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare certification letters for employees upon request.
- Administer corporate passes and actuarial increment administration.
- Support talent acquisition efforts, including compiling job openings and assisting with ad-hoc internship recruitment.
Requirements
- Preferably Year 2 students and onwards.
- A current full-time student pursuing a major in Human Resource Management or related fields.
- Detail-oriented and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to commit to a full-time or part-time basis for at least 6 months from June onwards.
