About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and passionate educator to join our academic team as a Lecturer (Full-Time). As a key member of our faculty, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education to our students.

You will be responsible for teaching, assessing, and providing feedback to students across various disciplines. Your expertise and passion for teaching will contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • To deliver the curriculum effectively, as planned by the institution
  • To implement innovative teaching strategies, as recommended by the institution
  • To identify, select, and modify instructional resources to meet the needs of students with varying backgrounds, learning styles, and special needs
  • To adhere to and ensure coherent practice of academic policies and processes
  • To maintain accurate and timely records for the Academic department
  • To manage students' learning through fostering a positive learning environment, participating in student development activities, and providing academic counseling when required
  • To maintain good professional conduct and act as a role model to students in words and actions
  • To attend all required trainings, briefings, and meetings as required
  • To provide other ad-hoc teaching services
Requirements

The successful candidate must possess:

  • A minimum degree in any relevant field or
  • A pass in English Language at General Certificate in Education 'Ordinary' level or its equivalent
  • Preferably, at least one year of teaching or training experience in the relevant field
