Desktop Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Desktop Support Engineer to fill a critical role within our technical support group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level and second-level onsite and remote support for Global Markets infrastructure services.
- Support video conferencing systems, including setup, standby for major meetings, first-level troubleshooting, and coordination with backend teams for system upgrades.
- Perform installation, uninstallation, configuration, technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for clients.
- Maintain inventory of software, hardware, and mobile devices.
- Execute hardware moves, additions, changes, and refreshes.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance as scheduled in the Preventive Maintenance Program.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2.5 years' experience in Desktop Support.
- Good communication and service-oriented skills.
- Familiarity with End-users computing environment and desktop support workflow.
- Ability to perform basic network troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of AD, group policy, proxy setting, Power Excel, and latest Windows OS.
